Frequently Asked Questions

We understand how important your flowers are. Below are answers to common questions about the preservation process, timing, and what to expect.

Preservation Process & Timeframes

The full process typically takes 12-16 weeks from the time your flowers are received. This timeframe allows careful drying, design, and resin curing to ensure strength, clarity, and longevity. Each piece is completed individually and cannot be rushed.

Proper preservation requires patience. Flowers must be slowly dried and stabilised before being cast in resin, which itself requires extended curing time. This ensures your keepsake remains structurally sound and visually clear for years to come.

Flowers are natural materials and will change during preservation. Some colour softening or tonal shifts are normal and expected. These natural variations are part of the preservation process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.

 Booking & Availability

A $150 deposit is required to reserve your place in our preservation schedule. This deposit secure your allocated timeframe and allows us to prepare the materials required for your piece. Availability is limited, particularly during peak wedding seasons, so early booking is strongly recommended.

The remaining balance is due prior to your flowers being received or accepted. An invoice will be issued approximately four weeks before your scheduled booking date. Preservation cannot begin until payment has been completed in full.

Once your booking is secured, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to care for your flowers and arrange delivery. Your timeframe is reserved, and we prepare specifically for your selected keepsake.
