The Reservation Process
Submit Your Enquiry
Complete the reservation form below with your event date and preferred keepsake.
Deposit Invoice Issued
If availability is confirmed, a $150 deposit invoice will be issued to secure your booking.
Final Payment Prior to Flower Delivery
The remaining balance is invoiced approximately four weeks before your scheduled date and must be paid before flowers are received.
What Happens Next
Once received, your enquiry will be carefully reviewed to confirm availability for your event date.
You will then receive confirmation along with a deposit invoice to formally secure your preservation. This ensures your flowers are prioritised and preserved with the highest level of care.
From there, we will guide you through each step, from flower collection through to the completion of your finished keepsake.
